I was a guest at this hotel. I had the best experience with the front desk who took care of us. His name was Gerardo and he was very nice and super helpful. Best employee I would only return because of his customer services. You need for employees like him.
This is a nice, cozy and safe place to stay. During summer you must have reservations ahead for long weekend 'cause not always a room available. There is plenty parking, restaurant bar and a nice pool. There is not store inside the hotel but you can even walk outside for anything you may need. There is a security team checking the cars in and out. You can drink free coffee with a piece of fresh sweet bread in the mornings before they open the restaurant. If you like you can read the news paper at the nice big hotel entrance where they have some nice sofas to sit. If there is anything wrong with your room, they will always fix it for you. The hotel is like 6 mins. from the border.
The Hotel overall is nice however the rooms do need upgrade. If you stay on the first floor you can hear every footstep and any noise from the above floor and is very loud. They have a very small TV for a large wall. I recommend to stay only on the second floor. Everything else its nice , great service, and great food at the hotel restaurant.
We needed a place to stay due to border closures and we stayed here overnight. It’s a safe and clean environment. A big plus that it’s family friendly.
A friend recommended this hotel. It's around $60 (American) per night. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. The hotel was very clean/quiet and there was hot water/good water pressure in the shower. We spent some time swimming in the pool and we dined at the restaurant (Mezquite Restaurante) for my birthday. Dinner was awesome and the hospitality was amazing! The only downside to our stay was that the King sized bed we were very excited to sleep on was VERY firm and, thus, very uncomfortable. We really did not sleep well the two nights we were there. Other than that, I can't complain - for Tecate, it was nice.
Food has great taste and prices are nice. Staff is very amicable and helpful. The hotel prices I feel like they're a tiny bit over-the-top but overall good place to stay at.
Not as USA nice but for Tecate it was very good. Bedding could be a lot better, not complaining, but at least it was very clean and decent.
We've been in the road for about two weeks, almost two weeks now. And I can say that this hotel is wonderful. There's been no noise here since the week. I hear Really quiet so far. I can rate this hotel one of my favorite ones.
